Process

1. Order Request
_{❧ Place your order Last minute canceling is NOT allowed.} _{❧ If the queue is NOT long on Trello, Riyou will reply fast.} _{❧ If the queue is heavy / Riyou is away for business, your work will only start in the next month!}

2. Processing
_{❧ Riyou will contact you to check your order / drop you a quote} _{❧ At this stage dropping out of the queue is NOT allowed I have processed your invoice.} _{❧ Work will commence after first payment.}

3. Hand Over
_{❧ Payment installments are NOT allowed.} _{❧ Provide 2nd payment after work review.} _{❧ No 2nd payment, No work.}

If you made an order in Jan, it will usually be worked on the following month.
Every invoice takes 1- 2 weeks to make as Riyou works alone.Thank you for your understanding!
